The butterfly assassin is dead but we still have a room filled with cobwebs that contains 2 important targets of ours. The big wig wererat and the halfling plaguebringer.
Near as i can tell we have gotten a few of the wererats on the edge of the webbing but we still have to make our way in to get the 2 specific ones that we need. the danger is that releasing the cobwebs will set them free to run or burning will only harm them slightly and the get away.
The water level is rising but there is a large sink hole to keep the water level reasonable for some time to come. The room with the big group including the big wig and halfling is well up a ramp so they should not become wet and thus disengage the webbing before we can get to our targets.
It’s probably worth the time to take off the assassins head and leave the body. but while other actions are going on we should remove her armor and check for rings/ amulets etc. Our bartender should be able to move the survivors out of the sewers and on to the church of the light.
It’s just a guess but fiona probably knew of the wererats all along and may have a supply of belladona on hand somewhere.
